Girl TRANSFORMED into a Beauty Girl

In every different culture beauty is seen differently. In China for instance pale skin, big eyes and dark hair is considered beautiful. The pale skin is considered because it supposed to look like they have worked less, but it is only applies for girls. In America a tan would be considered beautiful and people can easily make pale skin darker with fake tan, tanning beds and you can even inject themselves with an instant tanning drug.

In China the most popular surgeries are eyes and nose sculpted and breasts lifted and filled. This would be considered a Chinese extreme makeover. In the hospitals in Shanghai they have books of noses and you literally can just pick one.

In India the most popular cosmetic surgeries are Liposuction and breast augmentation.

Why do people get plastic surgery?

In a world where perfection is advertised everywhere  its very hard not hard to feel intimidated by these gorgeous people. Some people are very influenced by these images of fakery and they want to look like the celebrities. All these images of  flawless celebrities with the perfect body and stunning hair can give people the wrong idea. The celebrities don't just wake up looking like a goddess.

The most common reason for teenagers having plastic surgery is to fit in. In 2000 the 306,000 people under the age of 18 had plastic surgery and it rose in 2 years it rose by 29 thousand. The most common procedure for teenagers were nose reshaping, ear re-shaping and breast reduction.

Sarah over the past two years has come up in the news because of the gifts she has started to give her daughters. She first came to light when her 15 year old daughter became the youngest person to get a botox. It didn't stop there though, since then she  has bought her younger daughter a boob job worth 12 thousand pounds and recently for Christmas a voucher for liposuction worth 7 thousand pounds. She said in an interview  with the magazine closer that she sees this as investing in their future. She is already trying to give her 7 year old daughter a head start for her  glamour model career.
Plastic surgery is branched into two parts: Cosmetic surgery and Reconstructive surgery. Cosmetic surgery is when you improve the appearance of a person. Reconstructive surgery is for improving a function or making something look more "normal". Sometimes scars can be covered with make-up but for those who feel it to be physically holding them back they normally opt for surgery.

In 2009 10 billion dollars was spent on plastic surgery in America alone. Even though there was a recession on 10 million Americans had plastic surgery. This was only a reduction of 2% in the year before. The most popular was a breast augmentation followed by liposuction and eye lid surgery.

History Of PlasticSurgery

The first plastic surgery was performed in India in around 800BC,although that seems like a long time ago plastic surgery did not improve quickly. In fact it was not until about World War 1 when surgeons fully realised the influence of appearance. After World War 1 surgeons were presented with facial deformities from the war such as burns and wounds when aesthetic surgery came about.
In the Blog i want to talk about the modern Plastic Surgery who's history began in the 1960s-1970s and it is still being written to this day.I want to spend a bit of time on the people who just cant get enough and the people who get it to cover scaring or for other medical reasons.
